One Year In: Launch of Website and Our Future Outlook

2021-04-05 by Cliff Foster

IDI-Systems is celebrating its first year of full-time operations with the launch of our new website. After just having a splash screen and logo, we now have content!

We have a good reason for this delay, though! The last year has been an exciting and busy time as we've steadily grown our work. And 2021 serves to be even better. In the first quarter of this year alone, we've reached the same amount of contracted and invoiced revenue as we did all of last year! It's no wonder it took us a bit to get our site going!

With that, we have continued to grow our partnerships with our private and government customers and partners to develop new technologies to help serve the defense and aerospace industry. And we hope to show off more the interesting and exciting things we are doing with the technology we work on at IDI-Systems!

As always, our focus continues to be on open-source software and collaboration. We're looking to continue supporting the open-source projects we've maintained in the past and are eager to bring new ventures to the public and see and hear the feedback from their use.

We're also looking towards a broader and higher future as we continue to invest in our internal research and development efforts here at IDI. While we can not divulge specifics yet, we have some exciting projects down the line that we hope to garner a lot of interest in and demonstrate the multi-domain engineering talent at IDI-Systems.
